The focusing of the lens is smooth and the aperture blades are clean. There is some fungus in the front lens element. This won't have any significant impact on image quality.
The camera has been thoroughly cleaned and the lightseals have been replaced. In short this camera is ready for use, all you need is some 35mm film to get to shooting!
