No, I only sell vintage and second-hand cameras. However, all cameras are tested and categorized based on their condition.

Vintage cameras offer a unique shooting experience, build quality that lasts, and the magic of film photography.

While I mainly focus on film cameras, I also offer some compact digital cameras from the early days of digital photography. I'm working on adding more of those.

Yes! I sell a variety of camera accessories, including lenses, straps, cases, and more. Film is a bit rarer—I don’t always have it in stock, and when I do, it’s usually expired (which can give some cool, unpredictable results!). Check our listings or reach out if you're looking for something specific!

Every item is thoroughly checked, tested, and given a condition rating before being listed. The testing process varies depending on the type of camera. SLR cameras and compact film cameras with manual shutter speeds are tested using a shutter speed tester to ensure accuracy. Lenses are manually inspected, and infinity focus is verified with my sharp eye for precision. After testing, each and every product receives a condition rating based on its functionality and cosmetic state, so you know exactly what to expect—no surprises!

The "Verified" condition label means the camera has been professionally tested with precision tools to ensure full accuracy and reliability. These cameras are guaranteed to perform flawlessly and come with a 6-month warranty, giving you complete peace of mind.

The "Approved" condition label means the item is fully functional but may have minor inconsistencies or hasn’t been professionally tested. These cameras offer a dependable and budget-friendly choice for everyday use. They also come with a 3-month warranty for added peace of mind.

The "Green Deal" condition label means the product has minor defects but is still functional. It’s a budget-friendly option that gives cameras a second life while helping to reduce waste. These items come with a 1-month warranty, making them a great choice for those looking for a more sustainable and affordable option.

There are no lenses with the "Verified" label because their accuracy has not been tested with professional equipment. I currently don’t have a collimator, but that might change in the future. Since lenses are only verified by my sharp eye, they can only receive the "Approved" label.

To make use of your warranty, contact me within 15 days of noticing an issue. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the problem via email at info@oldcamsbyjens.com or through live chat. You’ll need to send the item back at your own expense, and if the issue falls under the warranty, I’ll handle the repair and cover the return shipping. If a repair isn’t possible, we’ll discuss a replacement or refund.

All packages get shipped from Belgium.

No, I currently don’t offer local pickups. However, this might change in the future!

Shipping costs depend on your destination. The exact amount will be shown at checkout. Orders over 159€ in the European Union ship for free!

Yes! Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item. The camera must be returned in the same condition it was sent, and you are responsible for return shipping costs. On arrival you will receive a full refund.

If your camera arrives damaged—whether due to shipping or another reason—you must contact me within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item. In these cases, I will provide you with a return label, and you can return the product for a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

Mistakes are rare, but if you receive the wrong item, let me know as soon as possible, and I’ll fix it right away.
